1. What Lowest Listed Is
Lowest Listed is a price comparison and price intelligence platform. We pull product and pricing data from affiliate network APIs (like Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, and Walmart) and show it to you in one place so you can find the best deal.
We are not a retailer. We do not sell anything. When you click a link to buy a product, you are going to that retailer's website, and your purchase is governed by their terms, not ours.
2. Agreeing to These Terms
By using Lowest Listed, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together, they form the complete agreement between you and Lowest Listed. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — we will note the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lowest Listed. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
3. How We Make Money
Lowest Listed participates in affiliate advertising programs. When you click a link to a retailer and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This is how we fund the service.
We are committed to showing you the lowest price regardless of which retailer pays us more commission. We do not rank or prioritize results based on commission rates.
4. Cashback Rewards (Premium)
Premium subscribers are eligible to receive a share of the affiliate commission we earn from their purchases. The current cashback rate and payout minimums are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by retailer and affiliate network.
Cashback balances have two states:

Minimum payout thresholds vary by payout method. We reserve the right to adjust cashback rates, payout methods, and minimum thresholds at any time. Cashback is a reward, not a guaranteed right — if an affiliate network reverses or denies a commission (e.g., due to a returned product), the corresponding cashback may be removed from your balance.
5. Your Account
You can browse and search Lowest Listed without an account. To access features like watchlists, price alerts, and cashback, you will need to sign in using one of our authentication methods (magic link, Google, Apple, or passkey).
You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in methods and for any activity that occurs through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@lowestlisted.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity (such as manipulating affiliate links or cashback balances).
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service (except standard search engine crawlers as permitted by our robots.txt)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate cashback rewards, affiliate tracking, or referral programs
- Tamper with or bypass affiliate links and tracking mechanisms
- Use the service to build a competing product or collect data for competitive purposes
- Interfere with the service's operation, security, or infrastructure
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of cashback balances, and, where applicable, legal action.
7. Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from Lowest Listed, including:
- Price alert and price drop notifications
- Smart notifications for products you have viewed
- Weekly market reports (Premium)
- Service announcements and security notices
You can manage your notification preferences in your profile settings and unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Service-critical communications (such as security notices or changes to these Terms) cannot be opted out of while you maintain an account.
8. Premium Subscription
Premium is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Polar.sh. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at checkout.
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the Polar.sh customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We may change Premium pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
9. Pricing Data and Accuracy
We work hard to show accurate, up-to-date prices. But we pull data from third-party APIs, and prices change constantly. We do not guarantee that any price shown on Lowest Listed is accurate, current, or available at the time you visit a retailer's website.
Always verify the final price on the retailer's site before purchasing. We are not responsible for pricing errors, out-of-stock products, or discrepancies between what we display and what a retailer charges.
Price intelligence features (trends, forecasts, deal scores) are statistical analyses based on historical data. They are informational tools, not financial advice or purchase recommendations.
10. Trademarks and Third-Party Content
Product names, retailer names, logos, and brands shown on Lowest Listed (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, and Walmart) are trademarks of their respective owners. Lowest Listed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these retailers.
Product data, images, and descriptions are sourced from third-party affiliate APIs and belong to their respective owners. We display this content under the terms of our affiliate agreements.
11. User-Generated Content
Lowest Listed may offer features that allow you to post content, such as deal submissions, reviews, ratings, or forum discussions ("User Content").
Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You represent that you have the right to share it, that it does not violate any law or third-party rights, and that it is not false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.
License you grant us: By posting User Content, you grant Lowest Listed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating the service. You retain ownership of your content — this license just allows us to show it on the platform.
Our moderation rights: We may remove, edit, or refuse to display any User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice. We are not obligated to monitor or review User Content, but we reserve the right to do so.
No endorsement: User Content reflects the views of its authors, not Lowest Listed. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted deals, reviews, or opinions.
12. Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on Lowest Listed infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at legal@lowestlisted.com with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing content and its location on our service
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
13. Third-Party Reviews and Ratings
Lowest Listed may display product reviews, merchant ratings, or other evaluative content sourced from third parties. This content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of third-party reviews or ratings. Your reliance on such content is at your own risk.
14. Warranty Disclaimer
Lowest Listed is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In plain terms: we do our best to keep the service running and the data accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly up to date. Use the service at your own discretion.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOWEST LISTED, ITS OWNER, AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
In plain terms: if something goes wrong — a price is inaccurate, a cashback reward does not process, or the service goes down — our liability is limited to what you have actually paid us. We cannot be held responsible for decisions you make based on our data.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lowest Listed and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any fraudulent activity on your account, including manipulation of affiliate links or cashback balances
In plain terms: if your actions cause us to get sued or incur costs, you are responsible for making us whole.
17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
We would prefer to resolve any disagreement informally. If you have a concern, contact us at legal@lowestlisted.com and we will try to work it out.
If we cannot resolve it informally within 30 days, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Washington, D.C. (or remotely, at your election).
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against Lowest Listed.
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court (if the claim qualifies) without first going through arbitration.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Termination
You can stop using Lowest Listed at any time. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it through your account settings or the Polar.sh customer portal before your next billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 24 months)
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Any pending cashback balance that has not reached the payout threshold will be forfeited. Available cashback balances that have reached the payout threshold will remain eligible for payout for 30 days after termination, after which they are forfeited.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
20. Assignment
We may assign or transfer these Terms, and any rights and obligations under them, to another entity at any time — for example, in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization. Your rights under these Terms are not affected by such an assignment. You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, if you have an account, notify you by email.
Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the updated Terms, stop using the service and cancel any active subscription.
